Vision and Mission PDF Print E-mail

Vision

Fair Workplace Council was founded on the idea that it is possible to bring an end to sweatshops, unsafe working conditions, and environmental degradation, that are often linked with the manufacture of consumer electronics. Our focus is to create a mechanism that empowers consumers to choose responsibly made electronics; thereby giving incentive to companies to act responsibly.

Fair Workplace Council Mission Statement

Every human being, regardless of where they live, or what they do, has the inalienable right to earn a fair and living wage and work under safe conditions. Consumer and manufacturer together have the power and responsibility to choose products that are created ethically and fairly, over those that are not. At Fair Workplace Council, we provide consumers with the means and companies with the incentive to make that conscious choice.
